1. Acceptance

By using Transcript Me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

We provide human transcription of audio/video files submitted via direct upload or public URL. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, but actual delivery time may vary based on length, complexity, and queue.

3. Payment

All orders are paid in cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Payments are manually verified within 24 hours. Work begins only after verification. No refunds once transcription has started, except as outlined in our quality guarantee.

4. Legal use only

You must own or have permission to transcribe any content you submit. We do not transcribe illegal, copyrighted-without-permission, or harmful material. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Quality guarantee

If your transcript contains accuracy issues we caused, we will revise it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot satisfy your accuracy requirements, we will refund the order.

6. Limitation of liability

Transcript Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including submission of illegal content or fraudulent payment claims.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
