How accurate are your transcripts?
We guarantee 99%+ accuracy on clear audio with native speakers. Heavy accents, multiple speakers, or low-quality audio may reduce accuracy slightly — we proofread every file before delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders: 48 hours. Pro: 24 hours. Rush: 12 hours. We start work the moment your crypto payment is verified.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto only — BTC, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and ETH. Payments are verified manually within 24 hours of submission.
Can I submit a YouTube or Vimeo URL?
Yes. Paste any public video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and we will download, transcribe, and deliver.
Is my file confidential?
Absolutely. Every transcriber signs an NDA, files are encrypted in storage, and we auto-delete files 30 days after delivery.
What languages do you support?
English, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, French, Arabic and more. Need another language? Email us before ordering to confirm availability.
What is the maximum file size?
Direct upload supports files up to 500MB. For larger files, please use a URL (Google Drive, Dropbox) or contact support.
Do you offer timestamps and speaker labels?
Yes — included on Pro and Rush plans, and available as an add-on on Standard for $0.25/min extra.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel before payment is verified for a full refund. After we start work, cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.
What if I am not happy with the transcript?
We offer one free round of revisions within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot meet your expectations, we will refund the order.
