1. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account info you provide (name, email, password hash via Supabase); (b) audio/video files you upload or URLs you submit; (c) order details and crypto transaction hashes; (d) basic analytics (page views, device type) for service improvement.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to deliver your transcripts, communicate about your orders, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

3. File storage & retention

Uploaded files are stored encrypted in Supabase Storage. Files are automatically deleted 30 days after transcript delivery. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support.

4. Confidentiality

All transcribers sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before accessing customer files. We restrict file access on a need-to-know basis.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can export, modify, or delete your account data at any time. Contact support@transcript-me.com for requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
